Stanford In the News
- Stanford and Stony Brook University researchers have found radiation from the nuclear disaster in Japan in bluefin tuna in waters off San Diego, marking the first record of radioactive materials transported by migrating sea animals.
- Stanford President Emeritus Richard W. Lyman, known for his unequivocal stance against the violent student protests that erupted on campus during the turbulent late 1960s and early 1970s, died Sunday, May 27th at 88.
- WDCSA Co-Ed Softball
Our Stanford softball team is in need of players – male and female. It is not too late to join this season. The quality of play is at moments brilliant and at other times hysterically pathetic, but we always have a good time! Interested alumni should send a note to email@example.com.
