of interested graduates and professionals from several universities for some
Swing dancing fun at Glen Echo Park, 7300 MacArthur Blvd., Glen Echo, MD.
We will meet at 8PM. The ballroom is basically unheated, but with 400-500
people at the dance, it will warm up. A water bottle is useful if you don’t
want to go outside for water. The format is an hour of “instruction” followed
by the dance. People of all ages, professions, and levels of ability, usually
attend these events, (average age 30-35) and the atmosphere is fairly casual
and informal. Bring a friend or a partner if you wish; but it is not required.
Admission is $8.00 cash at the door. For more information and rides to the
park contact the Cornell Club of Washington at (202)466-2208 or Chris Kelly
